We are very thankful to be back in the USA to celebrate Independence day this year! This is one holiday we missed while we were on St. Maarten! Anyway, we are excited to celebrate here in Bakersfield! We woke up early this morning to go to a pancake Breakfast hosted by our church. It was in the beautiful backyard of a member of the East Hills Ward.
Here is Ben walking around with Kimber at the breakfast. It was a great chance to get to know some of the people in the area.
As the day has gone on, the temperature has gone UP! It does get pretty warm here! But we are loving it!
Kimber loves to chillax in her new birthday swing! She would sit in this all day if we would let her!
Kimber is also on the verge of walking. She pushes this chair around the floor and sometimes Holdyn jumps in for Kimber to push her too.
Here are the girls doing their daily horse race. I'm still not sure who wins, but it sure is cute when they both get to riding!
Here is where we've been spending a lot of our time. Holdyn in her pool and Kimber in the swing! We're loving it here and can't wait to see the fireworks tonight! They launch them close to our house so we can watch them from our own yard!!!! We hope you all have a HAPPY 4th of JULY!!!!

Fun! I love the sun also! The play house looks awesome no wonder why Holdyn didn't want to spent her time eating when there is something like that.

Wow, this is what happens when I don't check blog pages of other people in a long while. I am so happy you guys get to finally settle down. Can we get together soon? Now that you are a bit closer. I enjoyed your blog, as always. :)
